He said that social transformation and the construction of a new egalitarian society are possible only through the revolutionary class of the present era. No educated scientific community can carry out this task. Therefore, there can never be a rule of technocracy, ‘scientocracy’—that is, the rule of technical workers or the rule of scientists.
