Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• COD is available for orders with a minimum cart value of ₹500.
• Orders below ₹500 must be prepaid through available online payment methods.
• COD is not available for orders above ₹2,000. For higher order values, please use online payment.

• COD is available only within India.
• Availability depends on serviceable pin codes as per our logistics partners.
• Setu Prakashani reserves the right to decline COD for certain locations based on delivery history or courier restrictions.
• In some areas, COD may not be offered to first-time buyers; repeat customers with a good payment history may use COD there.

• COD orders may be cancelled by the customer before dispatch by contacting our support team.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• Frequent order cancellations before shipment may lead to restriction of COD facilities for the concerned account.

COD orders may require telephonic or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled without prior notice.

Repeated refusal at the doorstep to accept COD orders may result in temporary suspension of COD services for your account.

• Customers are requested to check the parcel condition before accepting delivery.
• If the package appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
