Wrong Book Received
If you receive a book that is incorrect (not matching your order), you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
- The request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the book.
- The book must be unused and in its original condition.
- Proof of purchase (order ID and invoice) is required.
- A photo of the incorrect item may be requested for verification.

- 2Mention whether you prefer a refund or a replacement.
- 3Once verified, we will initiate the refund or dispatch the correct book.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days to the original payment method. Please provide your bank details for the refund.
Damaged Books
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping our books. However, if you receive a damaged book, we offer a full refund or a free replacement.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
- The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- The book must not be used.
- A clear, unedited video must be recorded while opening the package for the first time.
- The video must clearly show the condition of the books as they are being unpacked.
- Refunds will only be issued if the damage is visible in the video taken during the unboxing process.
