Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may need to cancel an order. Our policy is designed to be clear and fair.
Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
You may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
- To cancel, email onlineordersetu@gmail.com with your order ID before receiving the tracking number from our end.
- Once you receive the tracking number, your order cannot be cancelled.
- If eligible, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellation After Dispatch
No cancellations are accepted once the order has been shipped or a tracking number has been issued.

Pre-orders
Pre-orders can be cancelled anytime before shipment.
If you have placed a pre-order, you may cancel it at any time before we ship. Once the order is dispatched, our standard cancellation policy applies.
Publisher's Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel orders in certain circumstances.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, payment problems, or pricing errors. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
